Shipping Policy

Our Greenhouses ship via LTL freight. EZ Greenhouse will arrange shipment to your selected delivery address and arrange liftgate services. The shipping company will call to setup a delivery time. LTL freight will come on a tractor trailer with a 50'  or longer trailer. If a tractor trailer cannot access your street, the shipper and EZ Greenhouse assumes no liability. You will take the responsibility to 

(A) Pick up the Green House product at the terminal

(B) Meet the truck to transfer the freight to your vehicle, 

Freight companies are only required to deliver your order to the bottom of your driveway. They do not go up your driveway or place your order in a specific location. 

If you are not able to meet the shipping criteria you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the freight. 

Local Delivery 

If you are located within our local delivery range, you will have this option presented to you at checkout. Choosing this option will allow you to have your delivery completed by one of our drivers. You will be contacted about a delivery date for confirmation. Delivery typically occurs within 2-3 weeks of your order being placed. 

With local delivery, our drivers are only required to deliver your order to the bottom of your driveway.
