All purchases made online through EZ Greenhouse are final. EZ Greenhouse does not offer refunds or returns after purchase or shipment.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To ensure the process moves along, please take photos of damages and defects and send them along with a summary of the issues to email@example.com.
